At 97Sins Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit on eligible items.
Eligibility

Exchanges or store credit are available for unworn, non-custom sterling silver jewellery returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or engraved pieces — including rings made in your chosen size — are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
How It Works

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm your exchange or issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us at info@97sins.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll gladly repair, replace, or issue store credit, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Final Sale Items

Custom or made-to-order items (including rings produced in your selected size) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
