REFUND POLICY

At 97Sins Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit on eligible items.


Eligibility

  • Exchanges or store credit are available for unworn, non-custom sterling silver jewellery returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.

  • Custom, made-to-order, personalized, or engraved pieces — including rings made in your chosen size — are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.


How It Works

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm your exchange or issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us at info@97sins.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll gladly repair, replace, or issue store credit, depending on the situation.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective item or an error on our part.


Final Sale Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including rings produced in your selected size) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
